Selections

In our showroom, you will have the opportunity to look at various countertop materials with our sales representative, and we’ll discuss your project needs and design options. We’ll gather your contact information, colors/materials of interest, profile and fascia edging  (or planned layout), and timeframe. This is also the perfect time to take a tour of our workshop/showroom to see and feel materials in person.

Acceptance of Quote

After working with our trained team to choose the surface that’s right for you, we’ll develop an estimate for your project. Upon review of the proposal, you’ll sign a contract which guarantees the template, secures the material, and ensures timely production.

Scheduling Of Measurement

Upon the project being confirmed by customer, an in-home template date will be scheduled. The template is usually scheduled within a few days, depending on volume and availability.

Our skilled template technicians is equipped to handle projects of all sizes with accuracy that is unmatched by wood or manual measurement.

Fabrication

Your project is reviewed again for all the details, including one last material inspection, and our trained craftsmen will now ready to take the reins to ensure precision and accuracy. The selected material slab shall travel through different various areas in our workshop for edging, polishing, and refinements prior to a final quality control check. At that time, your project is assembled to ensure excellent quality and color/pattern transition.

Installation

On your big day, our installation team will arrive at your location within the timeframe that you specified with our scheduling department. With your space prepared for install, our team of professional installers will safely and securely put your countertops in place and review important information with you regarding how to care for your new surfaces and how to contact us if you should have any issues or questions.
